How does PURCS work?
- Call 408-866-5300 or send an e-mail through the www.mijusa.com or service@mijusa.com.
- Your appointment is confirmed and a repair order is emailed or faxed to you.
- Vehicle is dropped off and you are shuttle to and from work.
- Service and repairs are performed. A Service Advisor will call to review the Repair Order.
- Vehicle is picked up by you the same day.
